The Inaguartion of Christian Book Fair was concluded on Saturady 17th od DEcember 2011 in the Faculty of Artiticture at Birziet University,under the patronage of the ex- Latin patriarch of Jerusalem MSGR Michael Sabbah and Fr.Dr Louis Hazboun the Pastor of Our Lady Queen Church in Birzeit.

The Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary

On Saturday 21st of May 2011 we have celebrated with the graduation of the 3rd secondary class students under his patronage MSGR William Shoumaly escorted by Fr. Suleiman Samandar and the Head of the Patriarchate Schools in Palestine Fr.Faysal Hijazeen.Also the Minister of Eduacation Mr. Ayoub Allayan was also presented along with the parents of the graduates and a large number of the invited crowd.

Under the patronage of our Parish Priest Fr.Rafiq, his Assistant Priest Fr.Issa Hijazeen Khoury On Saturday 21st of May we have celebrated with the Belongings of Saint Teresa. The Celebration commenced from Birzeit Post Office Courtyard with the participation of Fr. Issa Khoury Priest of the Greek Orthodox Parish in Birzeit and his Assistant Fr. Yousef Al- Houdaly accopaned by a large christian crowed from Birzeit, Jifna and Aboud, all were marching preceded by Birzeit Scout Group.

Under the Patronage of MSGR Patriarch of Jerusalem Fuad Twal & with the participation of the Parish Priest Fr. Rafiq Khoury and with the presence of the parents and relatives of our children we have already celebrated with the first Communion and Confirmation for ( 31 ) boys and girls of our Parish.

The parish Priest Fr. Rafiq Khoury with the Assistance of Fr.Issa Hijazeen conducted the Holy Mass on the occasion of the Sparkling Light and the Resurrection of Our Lord out of his tomb.Many audience being the members of our Parish and many other Christian people of Birzeit.

On the Good Friday since our Lord was crucified and died on the cross,the Parish Priest Fr. Rafiq Khoury along with his Assistant Priest Fr. Issa Hijazeen with the presence of a great number of our Parish Believers along with many other Birzeiti Christians conducted a Mass at 7:00 PM.

Under the patronage of Fr. Rafiq Khoury and his Assistant Preist Fr. Issa Hijazeen and with the presence of many people of the Parish a holy mass was conducted at 7:00 PM,during which Fr.Rafiq Khoury washed up the legs of 12 old and young individuals keeping on the tradition at the time of Jesus when he washed up the legs of his disciples.

This Sunday was considered as"Jesus The King Day". In this day the Parish Priest Fr. Rafiq Khoury in cooperation of Fr.Issa Hijazeen acting as Assistant parish Priest in Birzeit & with the presence of many believers of our Parish members, we have already celebrated with this day by performing the mass.

Under the patronage of Fr. Rafiq Khouy the Priest of Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in Birzeit accomapied with Asst.Priest Fr. Issa Hijazeen,snd with the partipation of Fr. Issa Khoury Aballah & Fr.Yousef Houdally, the Greek Orthodox Priests of Birzeit,Thr Anglican Arch-Deacon Hanna Dalleh,Parish Groups,Sisters and a large numbers of the auidiance and viewers representing the three Parishes either from Birzeit and from the surreounding villages,we have celebrated with the Raising Cross by readings and hol

Summer Camps for the year 2009 consists of 48 Leaders and 180 Students of different ages.

First Communion & Confirmation 2009 For 31 children from the catholic parish of Birzeit with Bishop Marcuzzo.

Our school kindergarten graduation party for 30 children (ages 5 years)under the patronage of prof. Hanna Issa the director of Christian issues at the palestinian ministery for religious affairs.

Easter Sunday Celebration with Patriarch Michel Sabbah and English group with fr. Paul Maddisson.

Holy Saturday Celebration in Birzeit: The Orthodox Scouts of Birzeit with priests of Birzeit (Orthodox, Catholics and Anglican) receives together the Holy Light from the Holy Sepulchre. Then the celebration of the Holy Saturday at the Catholic Church of Birzeit.

Good Friday Celebration at the Catholic Church of Birzeit: Fr. Peter Madros preside the celebration, Fr. Louis from Latroun Monastery for confessions and fr. Aziz Halaweh for the choir. At the celebration: Singing the Gospel of the Passion by 3 persons and the Choir - the adoration of the Cross, the symbolic procession with the statue of the dead Jesus.

Celebration of Palm Sunday in Birzeit

God used Samuel Hagop Vosgueritchian, a former Jerusalemite Armenian to save this valuable Pieta Statue from utter destruction, his brother Aram Hagop and his family, from Jerusalem in protecting the Pieta for more than (six years), and Father Alex Kratz from Detroit, Michigan in finding a home for it at the Roman Catholic Church in Birzeit, Palestine, with Father Aziz Helewa, Parish Priest. Joseph George Kaileh, catholic young man from Birzeit was kidnaped by the Israeli army and put in prison for 4 years. Last Monday 15 Dec 2008 he is liberated, and he is now back home with his family.

A new organ for the Church was donated as a gift for the Jubilee 150 of our church by our sister church: the National Presbyterian Church of Washington (NPC) and friends from Como - Italy, the Gruppo Turismo Rebbiese (GTR). This organ was blessed during the Sunday Mass on 21 th Dec. 2008
